I have been going to Stony Fork for 26 years, and my family has been going even longer! Im not sure where these other fools come off saying how bad of a camp and the owners are. This campground as come a LONG way since the Grims took over. They turned Stony Fork into a wonderful place. It has always been a fun place to go, but since they took over they have made it 200% better then ever! How many camps allow camping all year?? how many off beautiful cabins to rent at a great price(and there VERY WELL kept)? how many offer different FAMILY events EVERY weekend during camping seasons? how many camps when you get there make you feel like a friend, like your welcome there? most places just want to make sure you pay and then they dont want bothered. You can go up to the Grims at any point of any day and they will drop what they are doing and give you there attention. If you have a issue with your camping ( for example something with your RV) They will do there best to help you fix it. Yes they have rules, they want the rules to be followed, they also want to make sure that people have a safe environment to take there familys to and yet still have a blast.
So i guess what im trying to say is that this is a fantastic place to take your family. Those other fools dont know what there talking about. Just because they were the one most likely being the rude ones and dont want to admit to being the problem doesnt mean they should turn and make the camp into some terrible place.( oh and i would say that being hit on the back of the head with a MAGlite is pretty far fetched!) I recommend this campground to everyone. Your are guaranteed to be greated with a warm welcome and your gonna have a good time. The Grims will make sure of it!!!
