Comments:
CG has fallen into disrepair and local disrepute. Currently has 5 year around residents; at least one on the sexual offender registry. Only one resident rig had reputable appearing people. Last year it had a large number of permanent residents, but county has curtailed that element. A couple of "tent" sites had no tents, just strange people sleeping in trucks. Men operating a "business" in an enclosed trailer. Never permit children to run about. No LP, no WIFI. Take valuables with you due to clearly needy residents. No environmental control; one resident using lumber scraps and kerosene for campfire. Pool may or may not be properly treated. That said, if you are adults, feel able to take care of yourself, stay to yourself, it is a bargain, and it has natural charm on the creek, close to highways and charming towns. No 50 amps, some 30 amps don't check out on polarity.
