Comments:
First off the park is currently in foreclosure from the city of Oceanside for illegally increasing rents, overbilling residents a total of at least $64,679.89 in the last several years. http://www.nctimes.com/articles/2005/09/02/news/coastal/22_02_259_1_05.txt
Second, We booked a stay here since it was 650 for the month where other places were 550 for the week. Why not stay a month on the beach for that price. The manager charged my credit card for the deposit yet would not email me the confirmation and wouldn't return my calls. She likes to move everyone around every week for no reasons at all...she does not abide by any park rules and then enforces rules that are not even in the rules for tenant plus much more...i can see why this park is still empty even with the cheap rates...pay the more money it is worth it...we learned our lesson...
Third, the park is a dump, 90% of lots are half dirt and concert, with some lots that are just dirt. The parking is horrible tenants park were ever they want, if you can fit your vehicle next to your rig your one of the luck ones. The vegetation is dead around the park, I couldn’t imagine what would happen when it rains, me personally I don’t want to track mud into my rv.
I would never stay this place again.. And I would never recommend this place to anyone else..
