Short Summary	water, fishing, beach, fun, party
Comments: Loved the place. Loved the people. Only has on site to rent the rest are long term. Needs more parking. No sewer and no dumpsite. Had a good time. Quiet during the week but lots of partying on the weekend. No drugs just beer and humor.
