NEVER AGAIN!!! where do i start? needs updating asap!! w/ all the $ they bring in you think they could update the bathrroms/showers! the showers didnt have doors only curtins and the bathrooms needed more sinks (only four for a 6-8 stall woman's bathroom)..plus they stunk! the womens was closed on july 4th night! bc some nasty people had clogged them up.....took forever for them to re open...
the general store very overpriced..$3.75 for paperplates? are you kidding me? pack everything you need or you will go broke just in the general store!...the pools (while there are 3) were way overcrowded and there was no room to swim! the "gem mine" they advertise is a joke! it is basically dirty water i wouldnt even want to stick my hand in, its so nasty! they need to take that off the web site. it is very misleading!...the hey ride didnt have hay..it doubled for a garbage truck in the AM.... our campsite was surronded by rude neighbors who seems like they only paid for 2 tents but by the end of the night 5 tents were up on their lot! they were loud, rude and drunk. i would never bring a child into that environment. we told the "staff" if you can call them that, that our neighbors needed to turn down their music bc it was after 11PM, nothing was ever done about it. when we got there in the AM our neighbors stole our picnic table and used up all but 1 of the electric outlets. once again staff does not monitor or care. its all about $$$ here.... this place needs to be updated..the golf couse is old and out dated, bathrooms gross and i wont even say where they can shove their golf carts up! we saw tons of people speeding around them w/ beer in hand! real family friendly huh??? once again no staff to be found or care...NEVER AGAIN...save yourself...pass this on!!! do not stay there w. kids..it is dirty and over run over priced and the staff and your neighbors have no care or concers or common curtosey! BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD@!!!!!!!!!!
