Comments: The RV Park (in the front) is seperate from the community of mobile homes in the rear. A good size buffer (dog walk,laundry/mens/ladies rooms, adobe) between the road and rigs limits noise. Your host will guide you into your space. The Park is "manicured" including lawns you can play croquet on, sculpture, flowers, and "yardscape" features like old wagons, benches, holiday decorations, etc. Management and staff are anxious to help with directions, activities, and even money saving suggestions, which if followed will actually reduce your "site fee". You can receive your mail here. The bus stop just on the other side of the street (seniors can ride all day for $1) means no gas and parking fees for the 20 minute trip to Sante Fe's historic center Plaza. Also, it's only a 1/2 hour scenic drive to 2 old "Movie" towns and shops on the Turquoise Trail. Swim in the heated pool, play some pool, watch TV or read in the "lounge". You'll find this place is a "vacation from your vacation." It seems there is always something going on around/in Sante Fe. You might need a week to take it all in. You'll be best off with a reservation as this is a place people return to. And yes, there is a food store called Smiths, a Walmart, a propane outfit all just "down the road". Take the bus out front the other way to a large mall. I will stay here next time I'm in the area. It's worth every bit of $30+- / nite. Have fun.
