Short Summary
Beautiful park but campground is like camping in a neighborhood.
Comments:
I would never return to this campground as it is. The individual sites are entirely geared to monster RVs, with huge gravel pads formed by massive wood retaining walls. Sites are crowded together and some have almost no shade. Tent campers are subjected to constant noise from air conditioners.

The worst aspect of the campground is that there is a group site right in the middle of the individual sites. A lighted pavilion encourages noise late into the night and on the weekend I was camping the dozen or so kids in the group site were shrieking at full voice by 6 a.m. The park really needs a separate tent-only loop with a more natural landscape.

The park itself is beautiful with good trails and dramatic scenery.
