| Bio | The Farmyard is a great little family farm in Bulverde on the northern outskirts of San Antonio. We offer pony & horse rentals and our USDA Lic. petting zoo for fun entertainment and education as well.
You can enjoy a guided trail ride along the Cibolo Creek or just lead your kids around in the pasture on a pony or horse.
This spring our petting zoo is full of chicks, goslings, turkey poults, lambs, goat kids, calves and a mustang colt. Not to mention most all our other critters you can pet or feed a treat.
"Cowboy the Ox" is also available to get your picture taken on or go for a ride here on the farm or delivered to your location.
He's a great attention getter at grand openings or the talk of the party for many years.
We are available for groups of 1-100+ here on the farm or can deliver to you for any occasion. Small or Large Events handled with ease.
Our trail rides are a little over an hour long, which is just right if you haven't been in the saddle in awhile. And if your interested I occasionally join up with other rides in the surrounding areas for a weekend getaway. And I ride the annual week long ride promoting the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. You can rent a horse to come along on these rides as well.
Our "Family Hour" is a great way to get some quality time in with your youngin's. Bring your camera and I'll be glad to take some family photos for you.
We are also available for Field Trips and Parties here on the farm or delivered to your school or party location.
You can check our great prices on new and mostly used saddles or pick up a pair of gently worn boots for you & the kiddos.
Some concessions available, but just in case you may want to call to see if we have what you want or stop by the ice house on your way here.
